We also need to keep it structured so that we can refer to certain parts of this agreement in different texts. All in all, the purpose of this text is to inform you about how you can use Football Fella and its local variants.

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) constitute an agreement between you as a user and Suited5 Ltd (reg. C 11707757), a company incorporated under the laws of the United Kingdom. Suited5 Ltd provides a betting advice platform to users who are looking for betting tips.
These Terms govern the use of the Platform and shall apply to all users using it.
Prior to using our services provided through the Platform, User must have read, understood and accepted the Terms.
By checking the “I accept” box during account sign-up, User agrees to strictly adhere to the Terms and to be legally bound to the Terms in relation to us.
If User does not agree to the Terms or any updated version of it, User may not use the Platform.
User can access the latest version of these Terms at any time on the Platform.
In order to get access to all functionalities of the Platform, User needs to create an account.
User is responsible for providing accurate, current, and complete information in connection with the registration. User acknowledges that the account details providd are true and correct and that, when necessary, User will update its account details so that they remain true and correct.
User is solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of login information. We shall have no responsibility for any unauthorized use of User’s account.
If we are suspicious that the same person is holding multiple accounts due to tipping patterns, IP addresses, location proximity, and behavioral match, we hold the right to cancel or re-allocate the prize of these users or even ban their accounts permanently.
The purpose of the Platform is to provide betting information & advice.
User is responsible for complying with the relevant laws and regulations that apply in their region.
Football Fella is not part of any agreement between User and Company. If User signs up an account with Company, User is subject to Company’s terms and conditions, as applicable. We strongly recommend User to review Company’s terms and conditions prior to signing up an account with them.
User undertakes to use the Platform in accordance with applicable law and regulation and may not use the Platform in any way that causes us or any third-party harm. Further, User is responsible for any content provided by User, and that such does not violate any applicable law or regulation.
User may not use the Platform to communicate or publish information that infringes or violates someone else’s right (copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right), information that may violate the integrity of, intimidate or offend another person, information that may challenge criminal actions or contain material not permitted by any applicable law or regulation (for example discrimination and/or racial agitation).
The advice / tips provided by the Platform to the User is a prediction for a winning outcome. No advice / tip provided by the Platform to the User has a guaranteed winning outcome.
All decisions of Football Fella with regards to rules and competitions are final and correspondence will not be entered into.
To be eligible to win a competition, you must meet the requirements listed in the competition description.
Football Fella has items at its Shop page that can be redeemed by Users. Football Fella pays out cash prizes via Bitcoin (BTC). It is the responsibility of each member to check if they can use Bitcoin (BTC) services.
Minors or citizens of the United States of America are not eligible for cash prizes.
Football Fella will ask for identity and address proof documents to comply with KYC requirements.
Prize payments will only be made to real persons. Both Bitcoin wallet and Football Fella accounts must be held by the same person whose documents are forwarded to Football Fella.
It is free of charge for Users to use the Platform but certain functionalities and tips are only available to Premium / Premium Plus Users.
Signup to Premium & Premium Plus package will be a monthly fee which is subject to change.
VIP is an annual fee.
Football Fella may run trial and promotions for new and existing users.
You need to be above 18 years old to subscribe as Premium User.
Football Fella doesn’t guarantee delivery of content or purchases services through Premium subscription in any other way than Football Fella.com and its local variants.
Football Fella doesn’t have an automated refund policy for Premium subscription fees. If you believe you should get a refund, please contact us via email - info (at) Football Fella.com or refer to our refund policy.
We are committed to maintaining the privacy and security of personal data. Personal data provided to us will be processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and the General Data Protection Regulation (EU 2016/679), GDPR.

These Terms will take effect when User registers an account and are valid until further notice. User may delete its account at any time on the Platform, thus ending User’s right to use the Platform. The Terms will apply until User’s account has been closed.
We reserve the right to, in our sole discretion, terminate User’s account and the right to use the Platform without any liability economically or otherwise in relation to User.
If User’s account is terminated, we may in our sole discretion delete any and all data relating to User’s use of the Platform.
Football Fella provides a platform for Users where the Platform provides tips and advice through it and the visitors choose to use this info at their own risk - at no time we do suggest you follow this advice, and we will not take responsibility for any financial losses you might incur by following this advice.
The platform and any content contained and made available via the platform, including text, graphics, information, links, or other items are all provided "as is" and "as available".
We do not provide any warranty of any kind, express or implied, for the platform, including but not limited to the availability of the platform. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or usefulness of any information or content provided through the platform. We do not warrant that the use the platform will be secure, uninterrupted, safe always available, error-free, or will meet any requirements, or that any defects on the platforms will be corrected. Further, we do not guarantee that you will receive any winnings or other opportunities from any company through the platform.
We will not be held responsible and expressly disclaim any liability whatsoever for any claims, demands, or damage, direct or indirect, of every kind and nature, arising out of or in any way connected with the platform. User expressly agrees to hold us harmless for any claim, controversy, or damages that may arise from any dispute between the user and any company or third parties.
User agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold us harmless from and against all claims, losses, expenses, or demands of liability, including but not limited to reasonable attorneys' fees and costs in connection with any claim arising out of user's use of the platform and/or user's violation of these terms.
Football Fella is not a gambling site and it does not offer any form of gambling to its users.
We reserve the right to, without prior notice and without compensation, remove any content that we find obscene, containing inappropriate material and/or in any other way could violate the Terms, applicable laws and regulations and/or may infringe someone else’s intellectual property rights or our brand in any way.
We reserve the right to modify the Terms at any time in our sole discretion. We will notify User by e-mail or through a notice on the Platform 7 days in advance of any adverse changes taking effect. User’s continued use of the Platform after such notification constitutes User’s agreement to the updated Terms.
User is not entitled to transfer or assign any rights or obligations under the Terms without prior written consent from us, if not explicitly allowed to under the Terms.
We have the right, without prior obtaining of approval, to assign the Terms to another company in the same company group as Football Fella, or a third party in connection with a transfer of all or substantially all of Football Fella’s assets.
If any part, term, or provision of the Terms is held to be illegal or unenforceable, the validity of the remainder of the Terms will not be affected. Any omission of us to enforce our rights under the Terms shall not be regarded as a waiver of such rights. IT IS EXPRESSLY UNDERSTOOD THAT ALL PROVISIONS REGARDING LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY AND INDEMNITIES WILL REMAIN IN FULL FORCE AND EFFECT AND SHALL SURVIVE THE DELETION OF USER’S ACCOUNT.
The Terms constitute the entire agreement between User and us on all issues to which the Terms relate.
These Terms shall be construed in accordance with and be governed by the laws of Malta, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be finally settled by Maltese courts.
